These Terms & Conditions, also referred to as Terms of Service, (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, games, apps, in-person experiences, digital films, video content, and related services provided by RP63 International, LLC and its brands, including Stash House (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (together, the “Services”).

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
5) Accounts, Platform Access, and Third-Party Terms
Some Services may require an account, platform login, booking account, or device access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
If you access our games, digital films, video content, or other Services through a third-party platform, storefront, console network, streaming service, app store, or video platform, your use may also be subject to that third party’s terms, rules, and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their services.
6) Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
A. Third-Party Purchases
Many purchases, rentals, subscriptions, streaming accesses, game purchases, app purchases, or digital content transactions are processed by third-party platforms. Those platforms control billing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes under their own rules.
B. Website Purchases
If we sell tickets, merchandise, digital items, or other products or services directly through our websites, additional purchase terms may apply at checkout.
C. No Guarantee of Availability
Content availability, pricing, showtimes, booking windows, supported devices, supported platforms, and features may change over time due to licensing, platform rules, technical issues, scheduling, or operational reasons.
7) Stash House Experience Bookings; Rescheduling; Cancellations; No-Shows
If you book the Stash House in-person experience (the “Experience”) through our website or an authorized booking provider, the following applies:
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee per booking.
- Free Reschedule — More Than 24 Hours in Advance: You may reschedule free of charge if you request the change more than 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
- No Refunds Within 24 Hours / No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled start time, or for no-shows.
- How to Request Changes: To cancel or reschedule, follow the instructions in your booking confirmation or contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section. We may require booking verification, such as your confirmation number and the email used to book.
- Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may reduce your experience time and/or be treated as a no-show depending on scheduling constraints and staffing availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals, but cannot guarantee it.
- Third-Party Booking Providers: If you booked through a third party, that provider’s checkout terms may also apply. Where there is a conflict, the provider’s rules may control refunds and payment handling.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, but changes will not apply retroactively to bookings already made unless required by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
